What's the difference between a VPN and VLESS?
Traditional VPNs (like OpenVPN) tunnel all traffic, while VLESS combined with XTLS-Reality protects communications with advanced encryption technology. This makes detection extremely difficult, enabling bypass of sophisticated firewalls like the GFW. Our GFW Bypass Rate is approximately 99%.

What are the pricing plans?
10 days (¥1,000), 1 month (¥1,980/mo), 12 months (¥18,000/yr), 24 months (¥30,000/2yr) — 4 plans available. All plans include a 2-day free trial.
The first 2 days from sign-up are free. Cancel during the free period and absolutely no charges will apply.
What payment methods are accepted?
Secure payment via Stripe. Supports credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Enter your email on the
cancellation page to request cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent. Click the "Cancel" button in the email and your cancellation will be processed automatically. No cancellation fees whatsoever. Service stops immediately upon cancellation. No refunds for remaining subscription period.
Where can I find my connection info?
After subscribing, a subscription link will be sent to your registered email address. Simply add the link to the Hiddify app to connect.

What about connection speed?

Can I use multiple devices simultaneously?
Yes, you can connect multiple devices simultaneously with one set of connection info. Please use within your household.
Are connection logs recorded?
We do not log communication content. Only anonymous traffic volume statistics are collected for service quality improvement.
