Under our no-log policy, we do not possess any information that could identify your online activity.
3. Purpose of Information Use

- Provision and operation of the Service (account creation, sending connection information)
- Billing and payment processing for service fees

- Your personal information is stored on servers with appropriate security measures in place.
- Authentication information such as passwords is stored in encrypted form.
- Credit card information is not stored on our servers and is managed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage.
6. Data Retention Period
- Account information (name, email address) is retained for 1 year after contract termination (cancellation/withdrawal), then deleted.
- Payment records are retained for the period required by law.
- Inquiry records are retained for 1 year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted.
- Users may request immediate deletion of account information upon cancellation or withdrawal.

Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies in accordance with the following policy:
