Please read these terms carefully before using the Vless VPN service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the VPN service "Vless" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by SecureSS (hereinafter "the Company"). By subscribing to the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (General Provisions)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users of the Service (hereinafter "Users").
  2. The Company may establish individual terms of use (hereinafter "Individual Provisions") in addition to these Terms, and such Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms.
  3. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail.

Article 2 (Service Description)

  1. The Service is an encrypted communication service (VPN) using the VLESS + XTLS-Reality protocol.
  2. The Service provides encrypted internet communication routed through servers located in Japan.
  3. The content, specifications, and terms of the Service may be changed without prior notice at the Company's discretion.
  4. The Service does not guarantee access to specific websites, video streaming services, or other online services. Access may become unavailable due to restrictions or changes imposed by the destination service providers.
  5. Connection speed and quality are provided on a best-effort basis, and no specific quality level is guaranteed.
  6. GFW (Great Firewall) bypass rates are reference values based on actual measurements and do not guarantee a constant bypass rate at all times. Connectivity may fluctuate due to changes in regulatory conditions in the destination country.

Article 3 (Formation of Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is formed when the User submits an application through the method prescribed by the Company and the Company accepts it.
  2. Users are obligated to provide accurate information at the time of application.
  3. Users must be 18 years of age or older.
  4. The Company may decline an application in the following cases:
    • If the application contains false information
    • If the applicant has previously violated these Terms
    • If the Company otherwise deems the application inappropriate

Article 4 (Account Management)

  1. Users shall manage the Service connection information (server address, port number, password, etc.) at their own responsibility.
  2. Transfer, lending, sharing, selling, or public disclosure of connection information to third parties is prohibited. However, use within the same household is permitted.
  3. The Company assumes no liability for any damages arising from unauthorized use of connection information.

Article 5 (Service Fees and Payment)

  1. Service fees shall be in accordance with the pricing schedule separately determined by the Company.
  2. Payment shall be made via Stripe payment processing (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
  3. Service fees are prepaid, and the full amount for the selected plan period shall be paid in a lump sum.
  4. The Company may change fees by providing prior notice. Changed fees will apply from the next renewal period.

Article 6 (Free Trial Period)

  1. New Users will be provided with a 2-day free trial period.
  2. No charges will be incurred if the User cancels during the free trial period.
  3. After the free trial period ends, the fee for the selected plan will be automatically charged.
  4. Abuse of the free trial period (such as repeatedly subscribing and canceling) is prohibited.

Article 7 (Refund Policy)

  1. Due to the nature of the Service, refunds after payment are generally not accepted.
  2. If the Service is interrupted for an extended period (7 or more consecutive days) due to reasons attributable to the Company, compensation will be provided in the form of an extension of the usage period equivalent to the interruption period.
  3. Service unavailability due to reasons not attributable to the Company, such as regulatory changes in the destination country, government blocking, provider outages, or natural disasters, is not eligible for refunds.

Article 8 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  1. Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  2. Criminal activities or activities that facilitate crime
  3. Activities that violate the laws of the destination country
  4. Activities that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights
  5. Cyberattacks such as unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, malware distribution, or port scanning
  6. Sending spam emails or phishing activities
  7. Illegal file exchange using P2P file-sharing software such as BitTorrent or Winny
  8. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly disclosing the Service's connection information to third parties
  9. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing the Service
  10. Defamation, slander, threats, or harassment against other Users or third parties
  11. Activities that place excessive load on the Company's servers or network
  12. Fraudulent use of the free trial period (such as repeatedly subscribing and canceling)
  13. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 9 (Service Suspension and Interruption)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend or interrupt the Service in the following cases:
    • When performing maintenance or inspection of servers and network equipment
    • When server or communication failures occur
    • When force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, wars, or terrorism occur
    • When communication becomes difficult due to strengthened internet regulations in the destination country
    • When the Company otherwise deems it necessary
  2. The Company will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to temporary suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 10 (Usage Suspension and Forced Termination)

  1. If a User violates these Terms, the Company may suspend the User's access to the Service or terminate the service agreement without prior notice.
  2. In such cases, no refund of previously paid service fees will be provided.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Service is provided "as-is." The Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the Service.
  2. The Company does not guarantee access to specific websites, applications, or services.
  3. The Company does not guarantee connection speed, stability, or latency.
  4. The Company assumes no liability for any disputes arising between Users and third parties as a result of using the Service.
  5. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, regardless of foreseeability.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. In the event the Company is liable for damages to a User, the amount of such liability shall be limited to the most recent one month's service fee paid by the User to the Company.
  2. The right to claim damages shall expire if not exercised within one year from the occurrence of the damage.

Article 13 (Privacy and Log Policy)

  1. The Company does not log Users' communication content, browsing history, or destination IP addresses.
  2. The information collected by the Company is limited to the following:
    • Name and email address (for account management)
    • Payment information (for payment processing through Stripe; the Company does not directly store credit card numbers)
    • Anonymous traffic volume statistics (for service quality improvement)
  3. The Company will not provide Users' personal information to third parties except as required by law.
  4. In the event of a request from law enforcement authorities, information may be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws. However, as stated above, since we do not retain communication content logs, the information that can be disclosed is limited.

Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company.
  2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or repost content of the Service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Article 15 (Cancellation and Withdrawal)

  1. Users may cancel and withdraw from the Service at any time by entering their email address on the cancellation page and clicking the cancellation button in the confirmation email that is sent.
  2. No cancellation fees will be charged.
  3. Upon completion of the cancellation and withdrawal procedure, use of the Service will be immediately terminated. Even if there is remaining usage period, the Service cannot be used.
  4. No refunds will be provided after cancellation or withdrawal.
  5. Account information will be promptly deleted after cancellation or withdrawal.

Article 16 (Changes to Terms)

  1. The Company may change these Terms when deemed necessary.
  2. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service's website.
  3. The Company will endeavor to notify Users of significant changes via email or other means.
  4. If a User continues to use the Service after the Terms have been revised, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
